About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 1 years of experience to join our team. You will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling user interfaces and experiences across websites and web/mobile applications. The ideal candidate is passionate about design systems, usability, and solving real user problems with innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into engaging designs.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that align with user needs and business goals.
  • Design responsive and adaptive interfaces optimized for web and mobile platforms.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries for consistency.
  • Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve user experience.
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 1 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer in a professional environment.
  • Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator.
  • Strong understanding of user-centred design principles, accessibility, and usability standards.
  • Experience designing responsive layouts and working with modern front-end frameworks.
  • Familiarity with user research methods and usability testing.
  • Excellent communication skills to present and justify design decisions.
  • A portfolio showcasing 1 years of real-world design projects (web and/or mobile).

We are seeking a skilled Web Developer to design, build, and maintain responsive and user-friendly websites and web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong coding skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain websites and web applications.
  • Write clean, efficient, and reusable code.
  • Ensure website responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Integrate APIs and databases into web applications.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders.
  • Test, debug, and optimize website performance.
  • Stay updated with emerging web technologies and trends.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
  • Knowledge of server-side languages (PHP, Python, Node.js) preferred.
  • Experience with databases (MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
  • Familiarity with version control tools (Git).
