Cancellation Policy
Neo Krish Online, the company behind the services offered by OpenDrops.com, believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.
Under this policy:
- Drupal Development Service and Training
- Cancellations are permitted on advances paid for development/training when the request is made is before the actual service starts.
- All cancellation requests that are made after the actual service is started, charges are calculated at our hourly rate of Rs.1500/hr and deducted from the advance paid. The balance after deduction is available for cancellation.
- No cancellation requests are allowed for which the actual service is completed.
- Drupal Hosting
- Cancellations are permitted on payments made for new hosting account if the new hosting is not yet deployed.
- All cancellation requests that are made after the new hosting account is created, charges are calculated at prevailing monthly rate and deducted from the amount paid. The balance after deduction is available for cancellation. The new hosting account will be available for the term charged by us.
- No cancellation requests are allowed for which the hosting account has become expired.
Refund Policy
We offer refunds for orders that are validated through our Cancellation Policy, as explained above. All refunds are processed within 21 days from the date of acceptance of Cancellation.
